After last time's moon debacle, Cobra Commander has officially snapped and actually become (gasp!) competent! Can the Joes step up their act and actually manage to hit someone in their shootouts this time? Well the script is written by Warren Ellis, so chances are... yes. This is Lizard-Man's review of GI JOE: Resolute.
